Overview
As we all know, filtration,washing and drying are three very important unit operations in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries which generally need two units of filter washing machine and dryer to complete. These two unit devices have their own matching devices, so the floor space is large, the cost is high, and the handling or transportation of materials between units is troublesome, not only the labor intensity is high, but also it' s easy to cause material loss and waste. But for materials that are inflammable explosive, toxic or highly toxic, or biological products, medicines, foods, etc. that are not allowed to be contaminated, a closed operation is required. At this time, the transportation of materials between the two devices of filtration washing and drying is more difficult, Sometimes, the whole set of equipment is not fully operational or labor intensive, the production cycle is long. the energy consumption is high, the efficiency is low, and the product quality is affected.Therefore our company has developed this filter, washing and drying three-in-one device.
Structure and operating principle
The machine is a cone-shaped structure. a heating iacket is set on the cylindrical body and the lower cone to heat or cool the material, and a hollow shaft and a variable angle lead-duct hollow spiral stirring device are set inside the device for stirring to stir and lift the material and push the material out during discharge. A conical fiter device is set in the lower cone. and a special structure non-dead angle pneumatic discharge valve is set at the boottom of the device.During the filtration washing stage. the material is added from the top of the equipment, and the material is filtered in the machine by pressurization or vacuum filtration, then the washing liquid is added, and the material is automatically repulped and washed in the machine by the stirring of the screw belt, then dry it again after meeting the washing requirement. During the drving stage. the cylinder jacket. cone jacket hollow shaft and the hollow spiral belt simultaneously heat the material. and the evaporated water vapor or solvent is vacuumed off by the top dust filter to achieve the purpose of drying. After drying. open the bottom valve and automatically discharge the dry powder material out of the equipment.

3. During the filtration stage, due to the good adhesion of the ribbon and the filter medium, the materialcan be filtered under the condition of a thin layer filter cake. and the filtering effect is high.
4. During the washing stage, the special stirring structure ensures uniform stirring characteristics, and theslurry is fully replenished to improve the washing efficiency.
5. During the drying stage, the cylindrical jacket and the hollow spiral belt simultaneously heat the material,and the spiral belt scrapes off the material on the cylinder wall, and the heat efficiency is higher
6. The boiling point of the solvent is greatly reduced under vacuum drying, which is beneficial to therecovery of the solvent
7. Fully automated control, low labor intensity and good operating environment.
